The portal supports email, secure chat, and SMS text on both the web interface and the mobile apps. You can reach out to us with any question, concern or tax need at any time during the year.

Our fully-customizable tax organizer is easy to use, uses smart technology to ask you only questions pertinent to your situation, auto fills your answers from the previous year, and makes uploading your tax documents easy across all platforms (especially on the mobile apps by including a powerful pdf scanner).
Document Repository:
Easily and securely upload your tax documents, compare what you are uploading to what you uploaded in previous years, view all previous years of completed tax returns whenever you need them, review your completed tax return before we e-file it, and easily respond to our requests to upload additional documents during the tax preparation process.
Invoice Payment:
Easily pay tax preparation fees right in the portal using a credit card or bank account of your choice. See your balance and any credits you have from referrals.
E-signing:
Conveniently sign our proposals, engagement letters, and e-file signature documents right inside the portal.
Status Updates:
As we prepare your tax return, we will periodically update its status right in the portal so you can see our progress without having to reach out to us.

Sometimes a phone call is sufficient to convey information, but for important financial discussions, such as your tax return, I love to give clients the option to speak with me face-to-face through a video conference. This will give you the opportunity to "size me up" before you trust your financial information to me.
At the end of the engagement, I give all my clients the opportunity to book a review appointment with me. During this video conference, I will share my screen with you and give you the opportunity to ask any clarifying questions you need to in order to make sure you understand what's in your tax return, and how it affects you.Â

At any time during your engagement (or any time during the year), you can book an appointment with me using a self-select appointment booking process. If you book an appointment through my website, it will use the Google Calendar provided by Google Workspace to allow you to book a 30-minute conference with me at a time that works for you. If you want to book the appointment through your client portal after you become a client, it will use YouCanBookMe. Either way, the process is easy and seamless. I look forward to meeting with you.
